What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect:

- Your email address
- Your organization
- The message you write to us
we do not run advertising/marketing trackers, and we never sell or rent data. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. We do use analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call;
- Follow up about the services you asked about;
- Keep a record of our correspondence.
We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we will never sell or rent them to third parties.
How your information is processed
Our contact form is delivered through a third-party form service (Formspree), which transmits your submission to our email inbox on our behalf. Your message is also stored in our email system so we can reply.
Additionally, website analytics data - including pages visited, approximate location, and device or browser type - is processed by Google Analytics as a third-party provider.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our most recent communication, unless a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make any such request, email hello@spendlumen.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
